A Customer Service Nightmare: You've Been Warned ⚠️
I’m writing this to warn other potential buyers. My experience with this company was incredibly frustrating due to the complete lack of information regarding shipment tracking and the almost non existent availability of a human being to speak with. Support email only responds with an email stating that the support email address is not monitored. On line chat with a person is a farce; I waited for over an hour and got no response. Having a third party do your shipping, which is really just handing off the package to a company that gives the package to the USPS seems idiotic. I felt I had no choice but to try and get someone on the phone to resolve this.
Customer: I've been trying to get a status on my order for days. Your online chat is a farce—I waited over an hour yesterday with no response. Can anyone actually tell me where my package is?
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your long wait and the lack of response. That is definitely not the experience we want for our customers. Could you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: It's 12345. Your support email is useless; it just says it isn't monitored. It feels like you're intentionally making it impossible to speak to a person.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the runaround. A bot is not helpful when you need real answers. I see your order here and will personally escalate this with our shipping partner. I will email you a direct tracking link myself within the next hour.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from experiencing this same frustrating and inefficient process.
