Wrong Prescription & Ghosted by Customer Service: A Health Hazard Warning 😡
I'm writing this as a warning about my awful online shopping experience. I truly recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. After days of being ignored, I finally managed to get a representative on the phone, and I felt compelled to document this entire ordeal so others can be aware.
Customer: I am beyond frustrated. I’ve called, emailed, used your chat—is anyone even working here? You sent me safety glasses with the wrong prescription! I’ve been getting dizzy and nauseous. This is a health hazard!
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this and for the extreme difficulty you've had reaching us. That is completely unacceptable. Can I please get your order number so I can address this for you immediately?
Customer: It’s GSA-12345. I need this fixed now. I can’t believe a mistake like this could even happen with something so important.
