⚠️ Express Shipping Nightmare: Paid for Speed, Got Stuck in Limbo
I'm writing this to warn other potential buyers about my recent experience. I thought I was making a simple purchase, just a pair of frames, and I even paid extra for express shipping to get them quickly. But my frustration peaked when I realized that after two days, my order was still stuck in limbo with no real update. As I wrote in my initial review: "Placed an order for frames only without a prescription and paid for express shipping. On June 25th I received an email saying the frames had shipped. Two days later the tracking information says a label was created but the carrier still does not have the shipment. There is also no estimated delivery date." Fed up with the lack of progress and misleading information, I had no choice but to contact their customer service.
Customer: My order number is EBD54321. I paid for express shipping, got a 'shipped' email on the 25th, but tracking still just says 'label created.' What is happening with my order?
