Paid for Express Shipping, Got Express Lies & Delays 😠
I want to share my terrible online shopping experience as a warning to others. I thought I was making a simple purchase, but it turned into a masterclass in frustration. I specifically placed an order for frames only without a prescription and paid for express shipping. On June 25th I received an email saying the frames had shipped. Two days later the tracking information says a label was created but the carrier still does not have the shipment. There is also no estimated delivery date. This blatant misrepresentation forced me to waste my time contacting their customer service to demand answers.
Customer: Hi, I'm checking on order #78954. I received a shipping confirmation email two days ago, but the tracking still says only a label has been created. I paid for express shipping. Where is my package?

Customer: So it hasn't actually shipped. Why was I told it had? I paid extra for a service I'm clearly not receiving. This is unacceptable. I want to know when it will actually ship and I want my express shipping fee refunded.
